getting back on track

In an effort to remain on track in the blogging world, I thought I would post something completely random that I find rather amusing.

First, you need to understand my work schedule. My "full time" job is selling power tools. Actually, I only work 32 hours a week, but that is considered full time in the world of working...at least it entitles you to full benefits. So, my work schedule is (and has been for some time now) that I work 4 days a week Tues-Fri. I generally have Mondays off. And David (my boss) has Friday's off. So we each get one day off a week.

Now, every single Monday, the sun is shining-its warm (usually) and pleasant. And every single Friday it is cold and raining LOL! It is so funny. This morning I woke up to absolutely pouring down rain and just started laughing. The ironic thing about this is that I would much rather be home on a rainy day, and David would rather be out in his boat on a sunny day. Its a running joke around here that it always rains on David's day off.

I think God just has a *wicked sense of humor. It makes me laugh anyway!
