I hate wallpaper!

So...this past weekend was spent stripping the wallpaper in my bedroom and bathroom so that I could repaint it all. And I have to say...I really hate wallpaper. But all that being said, I am thrilled to death with the outcome of the rooms. I started at about 6pm on Friday night, and finished last night (Sunday) at about 8:30pm. So it was quite the job. I had lots of help thankfully. Laura worked with me Friday night, and all day Saturday. She stripped so much wallpaper, I think she probably has had nightmares about it. Janna came over yesterday afternoon and helped me finish it off. She did a lot of the edge work in the room. I couldn't have done it without both of their help. Trish cleaned both my bathroom and bedroom for me when they were done, and she even remade my bed for me. It was a wonderful gift, and exactly what I needed. I was so exhausted. Today I am still recovering from it too. I have plans to also repaint the living room, library and downstairs hallway. But I think I need a few weeks first. :) I am definitely not cut out to be a professional painter, that's for sure. So--here are the pictures of it all done. I forgot to take before pictures. Oops...so the bathroom used to have dark maroon wallpaper, and the bedroom had offwhite wallpaper with little pink flowers on it. Also, a picture of Janna and I--glad to be done!
